Dublin City Enterprise Board is making available website development funding for small businesses operating in Dublin City employing less than 10 employees.  It is designed to help small business part-fund the cost of creating or developing a commercial web presence. So if you are a need a bit of cash for developing a website in the Dublin area, this would be a good starting place.
