Looking for a room in Belfast?

Sorry if I’m a bit off topic today guys, but on the off chance that there are some house hunters in Belfast out there, I’m looking for a new single room house mate. Would suit a student needing accomodation in Belfast, or a single professional.

I have one room in a 3 bed house, loaded to the gills with all mod cons, and this is a fantastic opportunity to live with a web hero (me) and a PR guru (my sister).

We’re ok with smokers as long as its outside (most of the time) but no cats/dogs/lions allowed in the house. We’ve got a garage/mini gym (for the fitness freaks - we aren’t big users ourselves. I’m sticking to the Mr Muscle geek image) and parking is always available on the street.

We split all the bills and we’ve got wireless broadband and all the usual appliances- washer/dryer/fridge/freezer/aquarium/tv/xbox/WII. We’ve got phoenix natural gas which equates to speed hot water, which is nice.

We aren’t complete party animals but do take the odd notion to get drunk both of us are sociable creatures. Just not first thing in the morning. (our previous housemate took to banging around at all hours). Life is quiet but it sure is fun.
